Please note: All bookings require a non refundable deposit of 10% of the booking total. In addition any credit card processing fees will be added to the final cost shown. All bookings form a direct contract between the hotel provider and guest based on the following booking conditions and is not effective until a booking is confirmed:

Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations after this time will be fully chargeable.

Full payment is required at check-inWith all bookings we require full pre-payment no later than 7 days prior to the guests arrival. All cancellations and no shows will be charged full stay. The hotel will charge late cancellations and no shows to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. Pro -forma invoices can be issued by the hotel upon booking. A full vat receipt can be provided on/after departure.

Payment will be due in the event of a no show or cancellations that are outside of the terms stated. The credit card details used to make the deposit booking required will be provided to recover any outstanding amounts.
