All bookings require a non refundable deposit of 10% of the booking total. In addition any credit card processing fees will be added to the final cost shown.

For 10 rooms per night, the cancellation policy is from 14 days prior to arrival

• Between 11 rooms and 20 rooms per night, the cancellation policy is from 28 days prior to arrival
• Between 21 rooms and more per night, the cancellation policy is from 6 weeks prior to arrival

• Guests are required to pay one full night deposit payment (in addition to the booking deposit fee) once the guests have confirmed the rooms with us

  • 1 Night deposit payment is non-refundable
  • Guests to settle the balance on the agreed cut-off/cancellation deadline unless other arrangement has been agreed with the hotel
