Please note: All bookings require a non refundable deposit of 10% of the booking total. In addition any credit card processing fees will be added to the final cost shown. All bookings form a direct contract between the hotel provider and guest based on the following booking conditions and is not effective until a booking is confirmed:

To cancel your hotel booking, please contact the hotel direct 72 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in an amount equal to the value of the accommodation being charged to compensate the hotel for its loss of earnings (‘the Cancellation Fee’).
Non-Arrival:
In the event of a guests non-arrival (no-show), an amount equal to the value of the accommodation charge will be applied to the credit card that was used to guarantee the booking or billed backed to the company where credit facilities are established to compensate the hotel for its loss of earnings (‘the Cancellation Fee’).

Payment will be due in the event of a no show or cancellations that are outside of the terms stated. The credit card details used to make the deposit booking required will be provided to recover any outstanding amounts.
